3.1 14-Day Academic Trial
We want you to be fully prepared for the school year. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the bag size is not a perfect fit for your frame, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and academic packaging intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used Stationery: Any pens, markers, or notebooks that have been opened or used.
- Damaged Gear: Items showing signs of heavy school-year wear or accidental damage.
- Clearance Items: Products purchased during “Back to School” flash sales.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective items are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality audit team in Pakistan verifies the return at our distribution center.
